The following agreement for terms and conditions will govern any access and
usage of this website and the materials and merchandise within.
Please read through this agreement of the terms of service carefully before
using or accessing the services and materials within the site. By accessing
the materials and services you acknowledge the terms and agree to the conditions
within. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms of service then you may
not access the materials within.
If you use the services offered by ClickBank Cart in a way that is not consistent
with these conditions then the Clickbank Cart retains the right to block your
access to the site.
ClickBank Cart Terms of Sale
*Any purchase made via the ClickBank Cart website will appear on your personal
bank statement as ``CLKBANK*COM``.
*Under the discretion of Clickbank you may be given a replacement or a full
return for products that are deemed defective as long as you file a return review
within 60 days of purchase. For further details please refer to Clickbank Marketplace's
full return policy.
Collection of Personal Information
*By logging onto ClickBank Cart the geographic location of your computer has
been recorded and noted. Any attempt at fraudulent use of the website of the
submission of false information can lead to prosecution.
*Information that is submitted under the acknowledgment of this agreement and
through any order will be handled under the agreement noted within our current
privacy policy.
*Under certain circumstances your name and email address may be accessed by
or provided to the original merchant of the product in question after the full
completion of a purchase.
Banking and Deposit Information
" ClickBank Cart is in no way a trust company, depository institution
or chartered bank.
" ClickBank Cart does not have the authority to accept direct deposits
and is not regulated or licensed by any federal or state banking authority.
The same applies to trust accounts or deposits from any account or institution.
*The aforementioned terms of service are in direct correlation with the TOS
that has been created and acknowledged by ClickBank Marketplace. Please note
that ClickBank Marketplace is an entirely separate entity from ClickBank Cart
and while the principles remain the same, ClickBank Cart accepts no responsibility
for actions or negligence on the part of ClickBank Marketplace.
*The information contained within these terms of service are deemed to be entirely
and accurate at the time of publication. However, there is no warranty or information
in regards to returns or refunds mention within this terms of service page.
*ClickBank Cart deals with reviews of products which can lead to finalized
sales and does not deal with products or merchandise directly. Therefore, ClickBank
Cart can not be held responsible for any liabilities which may lead to loss
or damage through the purchase of any products advertised within the site.
